Nicola Glass

Nicola Glass (Clements) serves as the Associate Director of Alumni Activation at The City University of New York since July 2022, focusing on engaging alumni to support current students' career outcomes. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as a Career Coach for CUNY Tech Prep, aiding over 60 students per cohort in job applications and professional development, and also served as a Career Advisor at Hudson County Community College, providing individual career guidance. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst at Accenture, where Nicola developed internship training programs, and various positions in marketing and production at publishers such as Penguin Random House and Brand Learning, Inc. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French Literature from Boston University and a Publishing Certificate from Columbia University.
