Shane Ayers - Sphr

Shane Ayers is an accomplished professional with a focus on Human Resource Information Systems, currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at The City University of New York since November 2012. With additional roles including Acting HRIS Manager and IT-Business Liaison to HR, Shane has developed extensive experience in HR technology integration. Previous experience includes a position as an Auditor at UHC in 2008 and attendance at the Merrell Institute as a Student in 2009. Shane holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Zicklin School of Business (2019-2020), a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY York College (2015-2019), and has completed the altMBA program in 2018.
