Title of Position: Worship Leader

Job Category: CityHope Worship

Direct Supervisor: Campus Pastor

Synopsis of Role

A leadership position that will require active participation in weekend and mid-week services, contacting volunteers, following up with leadership, developing volunteers, and task coordination. Oversees the quality of growth and culture for worship at the CityHope Campus.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead worship as needed for CityHope events and services

  • Be regularly available for feedback and follow up with direct overseer

  • Be fully prepared musically and spiritually walking into any service setting, weekend or otherwise

  • Oversight of vocalists at your respective campus

  • The guidance and direction of the local music director

  • Communicate closely with the Campus Pastor

  • Represent CityHope and it’s ministries both on and off of the platform with their lifestyle
