Ciuvo implements a range of semantic web technologies, including machine learning and recommendation systems to support users in decision making and information retrieval processes. Ciuvo is currently available as a browser extension for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and will be available for Internet Explorer and Safari in the near future.The extension detects the user's current internet usage intent in realtime, e.g. making a product purchase or travel planning. The platform automatically presents related information such as cheaper offers, links to other information sources such as videos and reviews for the user. The company is also offering licenses for access to their text classification, product offer and recommendation technology through APIs and widgets.
