Katharina Potyka has been working in the field of customer experience since 2006. Katharina began their career at Happy Thinking People as a Project Director. In 2019, they moved to GASAG-Gruppe as a Customer Experience Manager. In 2021, they joined Civey as a Senior Partnership Manager and is currently a Team Lead Agency Partnerships.
Katharina Potyka holds a Diplom from Freie Universität Berlin.
