Akshay Kapur

Akshay Kapur is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy. Currently serving on the Leadership Council at Civic Consulting Alliance since July 2018, Akshay has also been a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company since January 2014. Prior to that, Akshay held the position of Principal at Booz & Co. from September 2006 to December 2013, after serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm in mid-2005. Akshay began a career at Cisco Systems as a Consultant from January 2000 to August 2004. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Poona.
