Joshua Milberg

Joshua Milberg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Allstate Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities include leading the finance organization, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and partnering with senior Technology leaders to enhance efficiency and drive enterprise value. Milberg has a strong background in technology strategy and transformation, previously holding positions such as Vice President of Technology Strategy and Transformation and Chief Financial Officer of Allstate Technology, Services & Ventures. In addition to corporate roles, Milberg is active in various leadership capacities within the community, serving as a Board Member for Civic Consulting Alliance and EPIC Academy, and has contributed to Leadership Greater Chicago as a Fellow and Board Member. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
