Stephen O'Malley is an accomplished civil engineer and leader currently serving as Chief Executive at Civic Engineers since February 2009, where expertise in the design and delivery of award-winning buildings and public spaces is demonstrated. Stephen O'Malley is also engaged as an ICE Policy Fellow for the Institution of Civil Engineers, supporting global policy initiatives, and serves as an Expert for the High Streets Task Force, the Academy of Urbanism, and Architecture and Design Scotland. Previous roles include Director at Stockley and Supervising Civil Engineer at ICE, alongside contributions to the Design Council and New London Architecture. Educational credentials include fellowships with multiple institutions and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Technological University Dublin.
