Chris Owen

Chris Owen is a seasoned professional in sales improvement and service delivery, currently serving as Group Sales Improvement Director and Divisional Managing Director at Civica since April 2014, where expertise includes Master Data Management and Digital Transformation. Previously, Chris held several leadership roles at Xerox from 2003 to 2014, including General Manager for Service Operations in Europe, where management of a $700m revenue portfolio and oversight of 3,000 service delivery professionals was paramount. Chris also contributed to refining European outsourcing contracts and driving profitability through strategic management. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
