Kristian L.

Kristian L. has over 20 years of experience in Business Intelligence and User Experience design, currently serving as the BI Product Owner and Lead UX Designer at Civica since January 2009. Kristian leads the Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Warehouse Team at Civica LG, while also overseeing UX design for the organization, including the APAC region. Prior to this, Kristian worked as a Senior Consultant and Product Owner specializing in Business Intelligence and UI/UX and held roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst in the local government sector at management executive software from April 2002 to January 2009. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly Melbourne.
