David Lo

David Lo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at CivicPlus. Previously, David held senior leadership roles at AppFolio, Inc., where responsibilities included SVP of Strategy & Operations and Vice President of Operations. At Intuit, David advanced through various positions, culminating in the role of Vice President of Customer Success and Business Operations for the Small Business Group, along with leadership in care systems, data insights, and product management for Intuit Payment Solutions. David began their career as a Product Manager at IBM - Lotus Software. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo and furthered education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
