Sumre Amerin has over a decade of experience in sales operations and management, currently serving as VP of Sales Operations at CivicPlus since November 2016. Previous roles at CivicPlus include Director of Sales Enablement and Client Success, and Director of Sales Operations, focusing on process improvement and team management. Prior to CivicPlus, Sumre Amerin worked at U.S. Cellular in various capacities, including Manager of Account Management and Performance Management Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed team performance optimization and operational improvements. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Bath and Body Works and ownership of a business at Mulligans, along with early career positions in quality assurance and service support in telecommunications.
