Amy DeFilippo has worked in various roles since 2001. Amy began their career as a Marketing Communications Specialist at the Pittsburgh Technology Council in 2001. In 2006, they moved to Apple American Group as a Marketing Specialist for Applebee's. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Eurest Services in several roles, including Facilities Services Director, Facilities Area Manager, and Facilities Coordinator II. In 2017, they joined Argo AI as a Facilities Specialist II at the Pittsburgh HQ. In 2018, they became Office Supervisor at Schneider Downs. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Summerfield Custom Wellness. Most recently, they have been a People Operations Manager at Encentiv Energy since 2021 and is currently a HR & Recruiting Manager at CivicScience.
