Stephen Andersen is an experienced Project Manager at Civil Science since July 2018, previously serving as Senior Civil Engineer at DOWL, where responsibilities included managing the Ketchikan office and overseeing civil engineering, inspection, and testing operations from April 2013 to June 2018. Prior roles include Civil Engineer at The Land Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, focusing on subdivision design and irrigation systems, and civil engineer at EHM Engineers Inc from June 2003 to July 2005, specializing in civil and structural engineering projects. Stephen Andersen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Idaho State University and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from the College of Southern Idaho.
