Parag Shah has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Parag began their career in 2001 as the Vice President of Technology & Solutions at Dynalco/Azonix, Division of Crane Co., where they researched and developed a prototype system for large locomotive diesel engine diagnostics. In 2008, they joined Azonix Corporation, a Member of MTL Instruments, Cooper Crouse-Hinds, where they held the roles of Product Line Leader, Vice President of Engineering and Technology, and Vice President of Engineering & Technology. In 2013, they moved to Comark Corporation as the Vice President of Engineering, where they were responsible for business and growth strategy planning and execution, leadership and management of the engineering group, and general management. In 2015, they joined CIVIQ Smartscapes as the Chief Technology Officer, and in 2016, they joined Comark LLC as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer.

Parag Shah began their educational journey in 1986 when they earned a B.E. Electronics degree from the University of Mumbai in the field of Electronics Engineering. Parag then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which they completed in 1993. In 2009, Shah attended the MIT Sloan School of Management to receive a certification in Management & Leadership in the field of Management & Leadership. Parag then returned to the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2012 to receive a certification in Entrepreneurship Development in the field of Entrepreneurship.
