Kim Springer has over 20 years of work experience in the banking and consulting industries. Kim started their career at Andersen Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant on healthcare systems projects in various locations. In 1999, Kim joined AmTrust Bank as an AVP Mortgage Process & Technology, where they remained until 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to Civista Bank as a VP Business Solutions.
Kim Springer attended Manheim Township High School from 1988 to 1991. Kim then went on to study at the University of Richmond from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies. In addition to their formal education, Kim Springer obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in February 2013.
