Devin Dunn

Devin Dunn currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Civitas Learning, a role started in August 2023. Prior to this position, Devin held multiple leadership roles at Design Everest, including Board Member, Acting CEO, and VP of Finance from March 2022 to July 2023. Devin's extensive experience in private equity includes serving as Vice President at Francisco Partners from July 2015 to November 2021, where the firm focuses on technology investments. Earlier roles include Private Equity Associate and Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, as well as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Summer Intern at Wikinvest. Devin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business in 2013.
