Trish Lovewell-Versaw serves as the Director of Financial Reporting and M&A at Civitas Resources since January 2024, focusing on financial reporting and mergers & acquisitions accounting. Previously, Trish held various roles at PDC Energy, Inc., including Director of Financial Reporting, overseeing SEC filings, and Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, responsible for external reporting processes. Trish also excelled in the role of Senior Manager of E&P Accounting, managing key financial close processes and technical accounting. As Manager of E&P Accounting ERP Project, Trish contributed to SAP and Quorum module implementations and supported process enhancements in E&P accounting. Earlier experience includes over a decade at KPMG US in several auditing roles, culminating in a Senior Audit Manager position. Trish holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
