Michael Gutowski is an experienced manufacturing leader with a career spanning over three decades in the production of paperboard beverage cups and food packaging containers for the QSR/Foodservice industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at CKS Packaging Inc since October 2017, Michael has previously held similar positions at Berry Global, Inc., Pactiv, and Dopaco, where Michael notably increased net sales from $30 million to over $110 million. With a strong background in managing large teams and improving operational efficiency, achievements include reviving underperforming facilities and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Michael holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
