Adam Fass has extensive work experience in various industries. Adam started their career as a Bartender at Club Med in 1988 and 1989. Adam then worked as a Manager at Brother Jimmys from 1994 to 1999, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations. In 1994, they also worked as a Restaurant Manager at New York City Restaurants, where they managed staff and handled financial responsibilities.
In 2000, Adam joined BR Guest Restaurants as a Manager for a brief period. From 2001 to 2002, they worked at Saks 5th Avenue as a Price Management Analyst, where they approved markdowns and tracked vendor allowances. Adam then transitioned to the role of Manager, Merchandise Control from 2002 to 2005, creating reports and analyzing retail business data.
Adam then moved to Saks 5th Avenue Men's Clothing and Sportswear as a Replenishment Analyst in 2005, where they managed merchandise ordering and allocation. Adam later joined Saks Fifth Avenue as a BIS System Manager - i2 Merchandise Planner from 2006 to 2012, providing systems support and facilitating communication between different user groups.
Since 2012, Adam has been working at the Claims Conference. Adam started as the Director of Allocations Operations, overseeing the implementation of the Fluxx Grants Management System and leading the development of an online grant reporting system. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director of Allocations Systems and Data Analytics, where they managed projects related to grants management and data analysis, resulting in a significant increase in funding.

Adam Fass earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed their General education at Valley Stream North from 1976 to 1982. Adam received their Diploma in General Studies from Willow Road Elementary, where they studied from 1969 to 1976.
