Arati Mayadeo

Arati Mayadeo is an experienced delivery lead at EXL since September 2018, focusing on building high-performance teams and mentoring associates for sustainable operating results. Previously, Arati held the position of Senior Project Manager at Globant, managing comprehensive projects for diverse clients, and served as a visiting professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, teaching data mining. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Data Analyst at Tech Valley Talent, Account Manager at GCOM Software, and Project and Service Delivery Manager at CGI, where Arati managed IT services in healthcare and finance. Early career experience as a Programmer Analyst at KPIT involved designing and developing IT solutions. Arati holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Walchand College of Engineering.
