Alexandra Ribeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. As the Fundadora at Clan by Multipessoal since September 2022, Alexandra has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Prior to this role, Alexandra has been with Multipessoal since July 1997, serving as a Senior Business Manager, where responsibilities included developing specialization projects in the hospitality sector and managing partnerships for recruitment, selection, and outsourcing. Alexandra also held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing operations in the Porto agency. Earlier in career, Alexandra worked as a Commercial Assistant at Banco Espírito Santo, S.A., focusing on operational marketing and client services. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from ISLA and a Licenciatura from Universidade Fernando Pessoa.
