Keith Whiley

Keith Whiley is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Content Manager at Clancy since October 2021. Prior to this role, Keith worked at The Rank Group plc as the Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner, where significant achievements included the design and launch of an apprenticeship program and the creation of Safer Gambling compliance e-learning. Before joining The Rank Group, Keith held multiple positions at John Lewis, culminating in the role of Regional Learning Facilitator, where expertise in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator was developed. Keith also has a strong background in retail management, having managed a branch with significant sales targets and a large team. Keith holds an MA in Human Resources Management, a BA in Business Management, and a Foundation degree in Business Management, all from Buckinghamshire New University.
