Jack Susman

Jack Susman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jack is currently working as a Project Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company since April 2021. Prior to this, they founded Susman Real Estate Holdings, LLC in December 2018.

Before venturing into real estate, Jack worked at LeChase Construction from September 2012 to April 2021. Jack held multiple roles during their time at LeChase, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Intern/Assistant Superintendent.

Jack'searlier experience includes working as a Project Monitor/Air Technician at Atlantic Testing in 2011 and as an Environmental Service Aide at Crouse Hospital from 2008 to 2011. Jack also served as a Volunteer at Crouse Hospital from 2005 to 2007.

Jack Susman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician, with a Structural Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology. Jack attended the university from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma from Jamesville-Dewitt Highschool, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Jack obtained an OSHA 30 certification in January 2014, an OSHA Asbestos & Lead Awareness certification from Cornerstone Training Institute in July 2013, an OSHA 10 certification in May 2011, a Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification from the National Transportation Safety Board in March 2021, an Asbestos Operation and Maintenance certification from the State of New York-Department of Labor in May 2013, and an Asbestos Certificate from the State of New York-Department of Labor in June 2011.
