Heather Wilson

Heather Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Heather began their career at Accenture in 1994, where they spent six years as a senior manager. Heather then joined Deloitte in 2001, where they spent five years as a senior manager before moving to Kaiser Permanente in 2007.

At Kaiser, Heather served as the Global Head of Innovation, Advanced Technology & Information Strategy. In 2010, they left Kaiser to join Citi as Managing Director, Enterprise Chief Data Officer and Global Head of Analytics. Heather spent two years at Citi before joining AIG in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Chief Data Officer.

In 2016, Heather left AIG to join L Brands as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Chief Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Officer. During their four-year tenure at L Brands, they helped the company navigate through some of its most challenging times.

In 2020, Heather became the CEO of CLARA Analytics, a leading provider of artificial intelligence solutions for the insurance industry. Under their leadership, CLARA has become one of the most innovative and fast-growing companies in the AI space.

Heather Wilson received their BBA in International Business from Shenandoah University, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude. Heather then went on to study Japanese Language and International Business at Nanzan University in Japan. After that, they studied Russian Language and International Business at Moscow International University.
