Claudia Calamote Lavrador

Claudia Calamote Lavrador currently serves as Head of Sales Operations at Claranet, responsible for overseeing the PT Sales Operations Team, including the design and implementation of automated KPI reporting and dashboards, alongside governance of the Salesforce system. Prior to this role, Claudia held several positions at ONI from September 1999 to April 2020, including Sales Operations Manager and Sales Support & Customer Success Manager, focusing on enhancing B2B Sales support and customer portfolio management.
