Sally Higgs

Sally Higgs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and operations management within the travel and events sector. Currently serving as the Sustainability and Operations Program Manager at Clarasight since May 2025, Sally previously held the position of Travel and Events Sustainability Manager at FESTIVE ROAD for Amazon from June 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes strategic account management at American Express Global Business Travel and account management roles at Capita Travel and Events and Post Office. Sally also has a strong foundation in supplier negotiations, having managed a Global Hotel Program for over 40 corporate travel management companies at GSM Travel Management. Sally began a career in the travel industry with roles at Thomas Cook Sport and Thomas Cook. Educationally, Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in Tourism Business Management from University College Birmingham, acquired between 2002 and 2005.
