Alec Spencer has a diverse work experience in the real estate and sports coaching sectors. Alec began their career in 2017 as an Associate at St. Croix Capital Companies, where they specialized in retail and industrial leasing and successfully closed over 50 transactions in their first three years. In 2018, they also worked as an Assistant Golf Coach at Southwestern University. In 2021, Alec joined Intersection as a Senior Associate, serving as a lead leasing agent for owned and managed properties with a focus on retail. In 2022, they took on the role of Assistant Men's Golf Coach at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics. Alec's primary goal is to serve their clients and help them achieve their business objectives in the real estate field.
Alec Spencer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of La Verne from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in May 2021 and from the Texas Real Estate Commission in October 2017.
