Jochen Kluth

Jochen Kluth has extensive experience in procurement and product technology within the chemical industry, currently holding the position of Head of Product Technology and Investments at Clariant since November 2007. In this role, Jochen leads global teams in executing product transfers and scale-up projects for the Business Unit Catalysts, while managing the investment project pipeline. Previously, Jochen served as Procurement Director with global responsibility for metals and catalyst carriers, and as Global Category Manager for indirect spend categories. Additionally, Jochen has demonstrated expertise as a Lean Sigma Black Belt, driving improvement projects in global procurement. Jochen's early career included leadership positions in technical and plant engineering roles. Educational credentials include a Diplomingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and certifications in procurement and Lean Sigma methodologies.
