Leonardo Marinelli

Leonardo Marinelli is an accomplished HR and IT professional with over two decades of experience in HR services, technology, and project management. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Services & Solutions at Clariant since June 2012, Leonardo has led various initiatives focusing on HR transformation, efficiency, and the employee experience. Previous roles include overseeing HR technology and analytics globally, and regional leadership in performance, compensation, and benefits for Latin America. Leonardo also brings extensive experience from DHL, managing IT projects, quality systems, and process improvement initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA in Information Technology from Universidade Católica de Santos and a Senior HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan.
