Michael Tesch

Michael Tesch is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in managing financial operations across Europe, particularly within Clariant. Since January 2013, Michael has held various key positions, including Finance Lead for Europe and Managing Director for Germany, overseeing significant financial transformations and asset monetization projects, such as the sale of a 460,000 sqm site in Fechenheim. Previous roles include Head of Finance Services EMEA and Country Head for Clariant Italy, where responsibilities included M&A projects and building finance competence centers. Michael's extensive career also features leadership roles in CWS-boco Italia, Aventis Farma SpA, and Hoechst AG, demonstrating expertise in financial management, restructuring, and implementation of finance systems. Michael holds a degree in Finance and Controlling from the University of Cologne.
