Tiit Pikma

Tiit Pikma has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Tiit currently holds the position of Senior Backend Engineer at Clarifai since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Smartmatic-Cybernetica C.O.E for Internet Voting from August 2014 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing a secure and scalable internet voting platform using Go and other technologies. Tiit also supported and trained other software developers. Before joining Smartmatic-Cybernetica, Tiit worked at Cybernetica as a Programmer from June 2011 to July 2014. In this position, they mainly focused on enterprise Java development for tax and customs systems, but also contributed to other projects such as implementing independent auditing tools for Secure Multiparty Computation algorithms.

Tiit Pikma earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tartu between the years 2009 and 2012. Tiit subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it between the years 2012 and 2014.
