Steve Pease

Steven Pease serves as the COO and CFO at Clarify Health Solutions since August 2024. Previously, between January 2019 and December 2023, Steven was the Chief Executive Officer of Hustle, successfully guiding the company from the brink of closure to a profitable exit valued at $29 million without additional funding. Steven's extensive experience includes executive roles at HYP3R, where strategic restructuring was implemented; DataSift, contributing to significant growth and international expansion; and Greenough Consulting Group, providing CFO and COO consultancy for over 25 early to growth-stage companies. Earlier career roles include CEO at Klutz, controller at Pets.com, and vice president at GIC Real Estate, culminating in foundational experiences in financial management and operational leadership. Steven earned a BS in Business Administration from Humboldt State University and furthered education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
