Kelvin Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and customer care management. Since June 2007, Kelvin has held various titles at Clario, formerly ERT, including Project Manager II, Customer Care Manager, and Supervisor of Customer Care, as well as Technical Advisor and Customer Care Specialist in previous roles at Carefusion, Viasys Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Clario, Kelvin provided content services and technical support at Heiler Software AG from July 2006 to May 2007, and served as a transport sergeant with the Bundeswehr from January 1997 to December 2004. Kelvin's education includes a vocational training degree in Computer Science - System Integration from Heinrich-Thein-Schule Haßfurt and a technical diploma from Bundeswehrfachschule Veitshöchheim, complemented by a Certificate of Secondary Education from Wilhelm-Sattler-Secondary Modern School in Schweinfurt.
