David Whorton has over 25 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles. David started their career as an Accounting Manager at Airborn, Inc in 1993 and worked there until 1997. From 1998 to 2005, they served as the Corporate Controller at Atrium. In 2006, they joined Invesco Real Estate as a Controller and held that position until 2009. Since 2009, they have been working at Clarion Partners LLC, where they currently hold the role of Controller/Vice President.
David Whorton pursued their education at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. From 1988 to 1992, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems. Furthermore, they later attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the same institution, which they accomplished from 1997 to 1998.
