Astrid Aguilar serves as the Sr Manager Total Rewards for EMEA at Clarios since May 2019, previously holding the position of Sr Total Rewards Consultant for LATAM and Sr HR Coordinator. With a robust background at Johnson Controls from July 2010 to May 2019, Astrid excelled as a Sr HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and contributed to HR Talent Management and Quality & Metrics. Key responsibilities included managing performance management processes, coordinating engagement initiatives, and providing expertise in Talent Management. Astrid's career began at PwC as a Semi Senior Auditor. Astrid holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, alongside additional certifications in Labor Relations and Total Compensation.
