Dawn M Sederholm has over 30 years of experience in technology and applications management, currently serving as the Senior Manager & Architect of Global MTS Applications at Clarios since July 2017, where responsibility includes overseeing a global team and managing applications related to the market-to-sales process. Previously, at Johnson Controls from May 2013 to July 2017, Dawn held the role of Global Manager & MTS Application Architect, leading a team focused on Salesforce solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Manpower as IT Application Manager, where management of a global IT team and budget oversight for customer relationship management systems were key duties, along with other roles that contributed to software development and project management. Dawn began the career at The Mark Travel Corporation and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis and Statistics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
