Eric Michielutti currently serves as the Director of Lithium Ion Product and Technology at Clarios since June 2021. Previously, Eric was the Manager of Product Engineering for advanced batteries in the xEV market at Johnson Controls from April 2013 to April 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Battery Validation and Development Engineer at Cummins Inc. and Lead Cell Validation Engineer at EnerDel, where responsibilities included overseeing cell-level testing activities and developing test plans. Eric's early career featured a position as an Electrical Engineer at Audiovox, designing surge protectors and validating rechargeable batteries. Eric holds a BS in Chemistry from Butler University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis, both completed between 1999 and 2004.
