Kristopher Willis, CPA, MST, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax consulting and compliance. Currently serving as Lead International Tax Analyst at Clarios since September 2020, Kristopher has previously held senior roles in international income tax at XPO Logistics, Inc., and EY. With a strong foundation in federal and state tax compliance, Kristopher has prepared and reviewed various tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8865, and 1120, and has expertise in transfer pricing and ASC 740 provisions. Kristopher’s background includes auditing experience with the State of Alaska and a decade as a Telephone Lineman at AT&T. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a BS in Accounting from Western Governors University.
