Tom Shepherd

Tom Shepherd is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for North America at Clarios, a position held since November 2018. In this role, Tom is responsible for overseeing hiring across 22 locations, including the Global Headquarters, for both Salaried and Hourly positions. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for North America and Senior Corporate Recruiter, focusing on manufacturing roles. Tom's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Account Executive at Robert Half Technology and as a Client Relation Representative and Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Tom began a career in coaching as a Soccer Coach for the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Cardinal Stritch University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
