Iain Wright

Iain Wright is the founder and Managing Director of Claritas Tax Limited, a tax advisory boutique established in September 2012, specializing in director-led services tailored for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies. With extensive experience as an ex-Big Four M&A Tax Director, Iain has advised on numerous corporate and private equity transactions, recognizing the significant impact of tax on business outcomes. Additionally, as an International Tax Director, Iain has supported companies in expanding overseas while advising foreign entities on UK market entry. Previous roles include Tax Director at RSM Tenon and Tax Partner at Friend LLP. Iain's career began at KPMG UK, where over 13 years were spent advising on domestic and international transactions. Educational qualifications include Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) status from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and FCA from ICAEW, along with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
