Currently serving as a Manager at Claritev since November 1995, Carol oversees a team of 15 employees, focusing on negotiating out-of-network insurance claims and acting as the operations liaison for two major insurance carriers within the Negotiation Services Division. Prior experience includes a role at Coram CVS/Specialty Infusion Services from 1986 to 1995, where Carol worked in the Billing/Reimbursement Department, handling billing for Home Infusion products and managing insurance denial appeals related to off-label drug use. Carol's educational background includes studies at Howard Community College from 1987 to 1990.
