Venkat Vaddadi

Venkat Vaddadi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, and strategic management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Clarity Benefit Solutions since November 2024, Vaddadi previously held the position of Vice President at Ebix, where responsibilities spanned operations, delivery, business development, and product strategy from December 2014 to August 2024. Early in the career, Vaddadi was Business Group Head at i3 Software and served as IT Project/Program Manager at AIG. Further experience includes roles at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant and at Collaborative Consulting as an IT Project Manager/Architect, working with prominent clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and SONY.
