Luke McCollum

Luke McCollum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at Clarivate since April 2025, Luke previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Development at Modivcare, where responsibilities included centralizing learning and development functions and launching a high-potential development program. Luke's prior role as Director of Talent Management involved implementing the OKR methodology and WorkBoard platform, significantly increasing user engagement. At Dish Network, Luke advanced from Human Resources Representative to Manager of Talent Management, overseeing talent assessment, employee engagement, and performance management.
