Laurence Hollingworth

Laurence was first appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 23 July 2020 and succeeded Sir Bill Thomas as Chair of the Board on 2 March 2022. He is Chair of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at ABM Communications Limited, and a Non-Executive Director at Recycling Technologies Ltd and Atom Bank PLC.

Laurence's executive career in stockbroking spanned 37 years with Cazenove and latterly JP Morgan, where he held several leadership roles including Head of UK Investment Banking, Head of EMEA Industry Coverage and finally as Vice Chairman for Equity Capital Markets EMEA.
