David Mizrahi

David Mizrahi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment across multiple regions, including EMEA, APJ, the USA, and Israel. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Claroty since October 2024, David oversees end-to-end hiring processes and has successfully implemented AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance workflows. Prior to this role, David was the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for EMEA at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, where strategic advising and comprehensive management of the recruiting cycle were key responsibilities. David held significant HR leadership roles at AUY movement - האיחוד החקלאי, including Director of National HR and Regional Manager, overseeing recruitment and operational management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy for Managers from Tel Aviv University and a coaching course from the Goma Israeli Center for Mediation.
