Keren Bizan

Keren Bizan is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Global Director of Organizational Development at Claroty since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Global OD & HR Ops Manager at Gett from July 2018 to May 2022 and various positions at EY, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development, learning, internal communication, and HR business partnership from July 2011 to June 2018. Keren also served as an HR and Recruitment specialist at Pelephone from 2008 to 2011, worked as an occupational psychologist at Top-C from 2006 to 2008, and began the career as a recruiter at Adecco from 2004 to 2006. Academic credentials include an M.A. in organizational-vocational psychology from the University of Haifa and a B.A. in psychology from Tel Aviv University, supplemented by coaching training from Meamnim coaching school.
