Narong Chong

Narong Chong has extensive experience in technical support and operations across various technology companies. Currently serving as Team Leader for Technical Support at Claroty since June 2025, Narong previously held multiple roles at Cybereason from February 2022 to May 2025, including Manager of Support and Escalation and Technical Escalation Engineer. Prior experiences encompass positions at vArmour as a Professional Services Engineer, and at Uppsala Security as Head of Operations and Head of Security Operations. Narong has also contributed significantly to customer support and technical delivery at Palo Alto Networks, F5 Networks, Genesis Networks Pte Ltd, and Jardine OneSolution. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Coventry University and degrees in Computer Networking & Communications Technology.
