Clarus
Ryan McNeal is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering design. Currently serving as Design Engineer II at Clarus since October 2021, Ryan previously held roles as Engineering Designer and Detailer at Guard-All Building Solutions from November 2019 to October 2021, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Alvarado from June 2012 to November 2019. During this tenure, responsibilities included new product development, R&D, and the creation of prototypes utilizing a Fortus 450mc 3D printer. Earlier experience as a Mechanical Designer and Drafter at Amazing Steel involved reverse engineering and developing 3D models, while initial duties as a Painter's Assistant laid the groundwork for a robust engineering skill set. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Arts from Mt. San Antonio College.
