Alex Bauer

Alex Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, implementation consulting, and event management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Clasen Quality Chocolate since August 2024, Alex previously held roles at Indeavor, including Manager of Implementation Consulting and Implementation Consultant from March 2021 to August 2024. Alex co-founded Madtown Sound Culture, overseeing live concert and festival events from March 2011 to December 2022, while also leading marketing efforts. Experience as Assessment Product Manager at WIDA Consortium involved facilitating collaboration across departments to support three million English Language Learner students. Earlier positions include Mortgage Loan Officer at Eagle View Mortgage and Marketing Manager at Skyway Theatre. Alex also interned at Hessen International Summer University, supporting international students, and served as Grainger Hall Building Manager Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German was earned.
